This endpoint is suitable for creating an objective for an employee in an appraisal cycle. The following parameters are dependent on what has been configured in settings section on the HRMS application;

• The start and end date field for both the objective and key result is dependent on what has been configured on the HRMS application.
• The weight depends on the settings on the HRMS application.
• The measure mode selected would determine how the key results would be measured.
• If the measure mode is an amount, the currency has to be the valid currency selected in the settings to be used by the organisation (settings tab > OKR > currency).
