This endpoint allows bulk uploading of performance objectives for employees in either BSC (Balanced Scorecard) or OKR (Objectives and Key Results) formats.
The upload file (in Excel format) must follow the predefined template available for download on the system. Depending on the performance mode selected (BSC or OKR), the corresponding sheet structure must be used.
Once the upload is initiated successfully, a status link will be provided in the response to track the upload progress and see whether it succeeded or failed.
